Applied Facilitation

Process Renewal Group members provide facilitation services in all aspects of the previously documented guidelines and training offerings. We have in place a number of reusable Workshop Agendas and in addition can develop appropriate ones for virtually any workshop type. Given the range of experience of our professionals we can usually provide a facilitator with the professional subject matter knowledge as well as the requisite facilitation skills and experience. We have successfully applied these methods to sessions for all levels including senior management, customers and other external stakeholders and front line staff. Specific services available are:
